The staff was friendly and attentive during my stay. They made sure the room was clean and everything was in working order. One of the best aspects was being offered a bag breakfast during my Christmas stay. It was convenient and included warm breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, juice, nutrigrain bars, granola bars.

my room wasn't ready when I arrived, and I had to wait for it. Additionally, I wasn't aware that dogs were allowed in the hotel, and I was placed across from a room with a barking dog that disturbed my sleep.

Nothing had no complaints. The toilet did not flush in r first room they immediately gave us another room.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in New Columbia for a quick weekend getaway. The front desk managers were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. The lobby was impeccably clean and had a modern look to it. The breakfast was what I expected from a hot buffet, with a nice variety of options to choose from. I appreciated that they kept the coffee station stocked with hot coffee even after breakfast hours. The location right off the lobby was convenient and easy to access.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fairly clean with very good sized and beautiful rooms. The staff is attentive. The breakfast is well-stocked with options like scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, and bacon. It serves as a wonderful base for exploring New Columbia.

Tbh, had a very pleasant stay on our first night of a 10 day vacation. Enjoyed our large rooms, plus the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast had lots of food, like scrambled eggs and bacon.
